We help companies by first taking a snapshot of the Red Spot as it is today, then making detailed recommendations of how to grow it by re-aligning strategy, operations and positioning, and then, if required, supporting management during the process of change.
Our style is as follows;
- No preconceptions: we start from where the business is
- Discrete: no alarm created
- Bottom-up: get to impediments more quickly
- Pragmatic: we report only on the three key dimensions
- Independent-minded: often we are called in to fix one problem, only to discover the real problem lies elsewhere. We will point this out. (see case studies).
- Accountable: If required we can work with the management team till the problems are fixed or work as an interim management team
