Andrew Davis

Andrew DavisAndrew is one of a small cadre of highly successful, resilient, senior international managers. He has outstanding experience of the international Finance services and Computer services sector over the past 25+ years.

He has managed companies and projects across the world in Sweden, the Netherlands, Zaire, Italy, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. In Switzerland, a company he set up and ran became one of the most profitable of the parent company’s subsidiaries. Andrew was responsible for a significant number of leading edge assignments such as the creation of the Swiss Electronic Stock Exchange.

Subsequently he developed the pan-European consulting operation for a large IT services organisation. He has led numerous consulting assignments for private and investment banks and two large strategic assignments for Uni-Credito Italiano in Italy and Bankgeschellshaft Berlin in Germany. The success of this venture led to his appointment as the Director of the International Line of Business for Finance. This involved the creation of the company’s strategy towards the finance sector, co-ordinating the subsidiaries budgets in the sector, chairing a growth panel of senior company-wide representatives to establish offerings and negotiating partners within the sector.

Andrew is the founding Partner in Red Consulting SA. His work has resulted in the winning and conducting of a number of strategic projects for finance sector clients across Europe. Previously, Andrew worked for Sperry Rand Corp, Logica plc and Calleo before establishing Red Consulting SA.
